  • Expedited Shipping: For quicker delivery, we offer expedited shipping, which typically arrives in 2-3 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Our fastest shipping option, express shipping delivers your order within 1-2 business days.
  • International Shipping: We also offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times and costs will vary depending on the destination country. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are determined based on the shipping method chosen, the weight of the items being shipped, and the destination address. You will see the exact shipping cost during the checkout process before you finalize your purchase.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 for customers within the United States. This offer may vary depending on promotions or specific conditions.
  • Flat-Rate Shipping: If your order does not qualify for free shipping, we offer flat-rate shipping for smaller items.
  • International Shipping Costs: For international orders, the shipping cost will be calculated based on the destination and weight of the order. You will be notified of the shipping fee at checkout.

3. Processing Time

Once your order is placed, we strive to process and ship it as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take slightly longer, but we will notify you if there are any delays.

Please note that we only ship orders on business days, which are Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your shipment and get real-time updates on its status. If you have any issues tracking your order, please contact us, and we will assist you.

5. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we only ship to U.S. addresses, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as select international destinations. If your country is not available for shipping at checkout, please reach out to us at info@trustedluis.com for assistance with international orders.

Please be aware that there are some restricted shipping locations (such as P.O. Boxes or military addresses) that may not be eligible for certain shipping methods. In such cases, we will contact you to discuss alternate shipping options.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Note: Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt. If there are any visible signs of damage, document them (photos) and contact us right away to initiate a claim.

To ensure the smooth and timely delivery of your order, please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you need to update your address after placing the order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@trustedluis.com. We can update the address if the order has not yet been shipped. However, once the package is in transit, we cannot make any changes to the shipping address.

9. International Orders (Customs & Duties)

For customers outside the United States, please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. Customs policies vary by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on any applicable fees.
